I'm going to track everything I eat here as well as my work outs and pictures that inspire me. I am not looking for judgment so if you don't agree with the choices I make, I respect that but please don't post here.
Alright so it is about 3PM right now and this is what I have eaten so far today:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Side Garden Salad (hold the cheese and croutons) with a spoonful of Lite Ranch Dressing
- 12 Riceworks Sea Salt Chips
- 1 Apple
- LOTS of Water
I don't plan on having dinner tonight, however, I might need a light snack because I'm going to work out. I will probably go for a run and maybe do a little bit of weight training and abs since my wonderful boyfriend has set up a gym in our garage.
